Synco Optima’s Drift X session @ Sepang Internation Circuit P1 3rd Dec 2011

About 18 drift cars turned up for the Drift X session which was pretty decent considering the announcement was made only a week and a bit prior to it. Sepang International Circuit at the eleventh hour had decided to allocate the P1 parking space for drifting in conjunction with their 1000km Endurance Race

The session was divided to a wet and dry surface which was alternated throughout the day. This had enable the lesser powered cars to drift the challenging yet fun course layout

There were a few drifter , which included Jane and yours truly, who took the oppurtiunity to test their cars prior to the Formula Drift Malaysia event to be held soon after!

Up Coming: Drift X Session @ Sepang International Circuit on 3rd December 2011

We will be having a drift session in SIC PA1 parking on the 3rd December 2011. All are welcome as we will be having two drifting surfaces: Wet for those who want to have fun and Dry for those who want to set up their cars and practice for the up coming Formula Drift Malaysia. We will be limiting the participants to only 40 drifters , so please contact Jane at 012 4870487 to reserve a spot!!

Petronas X-track Drift Experience@ Sepang 20th Nov 2011

We took over 132 passengers on our drift experience taxi ride in Sepang last weekend.

Sync Optima Drift Academy – Beginner Drift Lesson

Sync Optima Drift Academy is going to hold a beginner drift lesson this coming November 2011. This is an event mainly targeted at drift beginners, giving basic theories and knowledge on drifting.

Ariff Johanis Ahmad and Azrina Jane Abdullah will be on hand to provide their expertise. Basic Drift Setup Car is also available for rental but on twin sharing basis.

Beginner Class

• 10 participants (max) as we believe in more one to one teaching is the best!

• Lecture of drifting mechanism and technique

• Stop & Turn, Donuts, Figure 8, Slow Circuit

• Ride Along and Drive Along by Instructors

• Lunch provided

• Attendance Certificate

• Location: Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia

• All drivers must have valid driver license, older than 18 years old.

• All vehicles must have valid insurance coverage. • Able to drive Manual Transmission.

• Rubber shoes, sneakers and/or driving shoes

There’s a limited number (10 max) for each date only.
